Swiss group Straumann took over the Romanian firm Artis Bio Tech, lively on the dental market and managed by three native entrepreneurs – Ion Nicolescu, Manuela Agatstein, and Nicolae Nicolescu, Ziarul Financiar reported.
The worth of the deal was not made public.
“Artis is a household enterprise, a model constructed within the final 15 years,” says Ion Nicolescu, Artis’ most important shareholder.
